Connection problems to Proxa Cloud/Lib

If you have problems connecting to the Proxa Cloud or Proxa Lib, try the following:

Remove the existing connection and perform a reconnect:

• Open any page to edit and click on “Design Library”.

• Click on the round plus symbol “Cloud Connect”

• Remove the “Proxa Cloud” connection by clicking on the trash can icon positioned on the right.

• Enter the “Connection URL” (https://cloud.proxa-templates.com/) and your “Connection Access Key” again. And confirm the connection with “Add Connection”.
