Follow these steps to submit a support request:
- Open your Dashboard -> https://proxalibs.com/support-request/
–> you may have to log in first to open it
- Click on “Contact us now”
- Click on “Send email”
- Fill out the Form and click “Send message”. It is very important that you enter the email address with which you created your Proxa Libs account. Otherwise we will not be able to assign your request correctly.
