If you want to pause your subscription follow these steps:
- Open your Dashboard -> https://proxalibs.com/support-request/
–> you may have to log in first to open it
- Click on “Contact us now”
- Click on “Send email”
- Enter “Pause subscription” as the subject line
- Write us for how long you want to pause your subscription. A maximum of 3 months is possible.
